It's a simple marketing business model that many express washes use to lure traffic in the beginning. Beware don't be surprise if the price increases. Anyhow my service was just okay. Express wash is always the same as everywhere. I always go in seeing the $3 banner sign but end up getting the middle tier package.
Totally free vacuums regardless of a purchase or not, they offer a $3 car wash that's as good if not better than some I have paid over 10$ for. The facility is very well maintained so there's not much worry of damage to your vehicle from the machines or other debris left by previous vehicles. Until a few years ago I was a strictly hand wash only kind of car guy, not only would i trust the automatic wash here but for the 2 mins it takes to go through, it's been pretty consistent as far as getting most brake dust and the hard to reach spots many automatic washes always miss. Unless your car is very dirty (in that case I would never want to go the automatic route, with my own vehicle) this is a good option.
$cheap and easy.. take your time vacuming before and even polishing after.. they dont rush you... and equipment works great.. if not ask for help the guys are cool! just be aware if they get busy others may be waiting.

Great car wash reasonable price free vacuum cleaners different levels of cleaning this car wash is very well maintained staff is very friendly knowledgeable willing to help want to answer any questions you may have about their car wash it's just sometimes the lines get very long and they flag you away because it goes right out to Germantown Pike and it backs up traffic so they have no other choice
