The office accidentally checked the wrong box on a blood test form. Because of that, an optional test that my wife specifically declined was performed and we got a bill for $953. After 18 months of phone calls and follow-up (the office staff admitted to making the mistake) they refuse to resolve the problem. I would never recommend this this office to anyone, even though the actual care from the doctors was fine.

I had my annual exam which we discussed birth control. We talked specifically about IUD but no other form was discussed in detail. Later, I opted against the IUD and decided to just get the pill. They want me to come back in the office to discuss this and I will be charged my $40 co-pay. That's ridiculous! I have never heard of such a thing! We should have had a more thorough discussion while I was at my initial appointment so that I could avoid any additional charges. I guess these doctors do not care that their patients have bills to pay and families to take care of. I will be finding another doctor.
